Projects

Every project begins with a map, conversation, and a simple goal: regenerate water and life. Below are our flagship initiatives — each designed to deliver ecological and social benefits.

Forest Restoration & Tree Planting

We source and raise indigenous seedlings in community nurseries, train households in planting and care, and monitor survival. Restoring forest cover reduces erosion, cools the landscape, and increases spring recharge.

Spring Rehabilitation

Many springs are choked by invasive plants or erosion. We restore riparian zones, stabilize soils with simple earthworks, and work with local water committees to protect access for people and wildlife.

Endangered Bird Protection

The Chemosit highlands host birds with narrow ranges. We run community-based nest monitoring, protect breeding sites, and train youth to report sightings that feed into conservation science.

Mini Zoo & Wildlife Sanctuary

Rescued or orphaned animals receive humane care, with rehabilitation and release whenever possible. The sanctuary is also a living classroom for local schools.
